Life Coaching

Clarity for life's transitions

Life does not always ask for more effort. Sometimes it asks for orientation.

There are phases in life where familiar strategies no longer work as before, where important questions become more present, and where change can feel unclear, demanding, or emotionally heavy.

Life Coaching creates a structured and trusted space to reflect, understand what is happening, and develop meaningful next steps.

At the centre of this work is the conviction that every person already carries important resources within themselves. Coaching helps to make these resources visible, strengthen them, and translate them into practical movement.

Whether you are facing personal challenges, navigating uncertainty, seeking a new direction, or trying to understand what is holding you back, coaching offers both clarity and support.

What we work on together

Our coaching process is designed to help you:

  • gain clarity about your current situation and your next possible steps
  • identify patterns, tensions, and internal obstacles
  • develop realistic solutions and new perspectives
  • define meaningful objectives and practical strategies
  • transform insight into concrete action
  • strengthen motivation, resilience, and follow-through
  • The process is always individual.
  • It follows your pace, your context, and the questions that are currently most relevant in your life.

The Phase Model by Erich Schimmel

Many personal challenges become easier to understand when they are seen not as isolated problems, but as part of a developmental phase.

This is where the Phase Model developed by Erich Schimmel often provides valuable orientation.

Life rarely moves in straight lines. Periods of stability, uncertainty, disruption, reorientation, and renewed confidence often follow recognisable patterns.

Understanding which phase you are currently experiencing can reduce pressure, create perspective, and make it easier to move forward consciously.

The model helps many clients recognise that difficult periods are often not signs of failure, but natural parts of development.

Typical themes in Life Coaching

Life Coaching can include topics such as:

  • life transitions
  • resilience during demanding periods
  • loneliness and relationship challenges
  • family tensions and personal conflicts
  • career reflection and reorientation
  • moving countries and adapting to new environments
  • productivity, motivation, and volition
  • overcoming limiting beliefs
  • regaining direction after difficult experiences

Sometimes one conversation already creates movement.

Sometimes deeper processes need more time.

Both are valid.

Our coaching philosophy

A central part of effective coaching is creating a safe environment in which clarity can emerge - without pressure, without judgement, and with enough depth to address what truly matters.

The goal is not to provide ready-made answers, but to help you access your own clarity, strengthen your own agency, and move forward with greater awareness.

This is why every coaching process is tailored individually.

Getting started

A first 30-minute discovery session is free of charge.

It offers the opportunity to understand your current situation, explore your goals, and determine whether the coaching setting feels right for both sides.

From there, an individual coaching pathway can be designed based on your needs and the depth of support required.

First step

Meaningful change often begins with one honest conversation.

If you feel that something in your life needs attention, movement, or new perspective, this may be the right moment to begin.
